The 3rd edition of the Christmas Cava Market will feature a wide range of cavas and gastronomic products from the Capital of Cava to buy and taste directly from its producers.
About twenty exhibitors among wineries and representatives of local cuisine will promote their first quality products, in an open-air market in the centre of Sant Sadurní, an initiative of the local Tourism and Trade Office, headed by Councilor Ton Amat, and with the objective of promoting direct sales by the same producers and without intermediaries.

The enogastronomic proposal will be accompanied by different activities, such as a tasting of artisanal nougat with cava and carol pairing, on Saturday, December 14, at 7:00 p.m., at the Cava Interpretation Center. A very sweet pairing that will be conducted by the sommelier Clara Antúnez, who will explain the elaboration and characteristics of a selection of Cava Market cavas and nougats from local artisans, all combined with Christmas carol music performed by the cellist Maria de Palol.
Families can not miss the visit to the CIC Fassina which will include a children's workshop and crafts related to Christmas and Cava, on Sunday morning.
In addition, there will be exclusive offers, open shops, live music, visits to the cellars and the culinary proposals of the local restaurants to spend a fantastic weekend in town.
