This June the Cava Centre offers a tasting of Juvé & Camps Xarel·lo Essential cava in promotion with the visit to the Centre. This cava is made with the Xarel·lo grape variety grown in the Espiells and Can Rius vineyards. Pale yellow in color, its subtle aroma evokes the character and personality of the Xarel·lo variety, with notes of anise, white fruit and Mediterranean herbs.
