This month the visit to the Cava Centre includes a tasting of UMa Brut Gran Reserva Cava from the Giró Ribot winery.

Giró Ribot is a family winery, with international projection, located in the heart of the Penedès designation of origin and in the middle of the Barcelona County Cava area. The ancestors of the Giró Ribot family are intimately connected to the Penedès region by ties that go back to several generations of winegrowers and producers of wines, cavas and spirits.

The UMa Cava, aged in the bottle for 50 months, is made with 40% Xarel lo, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir grapes, from vineyards between 20 and 30 years old.
