Made with traditional varieties: xarel·lo, macabeu and parellada, with fruity aromas and aging notes, the Celler Vell Brut Nature Reserve cava is ideal for aperitifs. If you have not tasted it yet, you can try it this month at the Cava Interpretation Centre, accompanied by the cold cuts by Rovira's Delicatessen.

Celler Vell is a company dedicated exclusively to crafting cava, which respects the family tradition of the early 20th century. And as curiosity, inside their cavas, they have an amusing model of train H0 scale that reproduces the surroundings of Penedès, characterized by the vineyards from which the cava is born.
