The tour ends with a tasting of fresh Muscàndia cava accompanied by the delicious artisan sausage from the local Cal Miqueló delicatessen shop.
Muscàndia Brut Reserva 2016 is the cava in promotion at CIC Fassina throughout the month. Made with the traditional varieties of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada.
Aged for more than 18 months in rhymes in the Sant Sadurní cellar, more than 13 meters underground, where there is at a temperature of 16ºC throughout the year. Rinse and disgorging is done manually, bottle by bottle.
Winner of the Vinari Bronze award in the 2014 edition. It is a cava with moderate acidity and slightly sweet. It contrasts perfectly with the artisan sausage.
