The Cellar is a majestic room of 288 m2 in which you can get in through two different entrances: the patio, through a beautiful stone stair with a roof of Catalan architectural design or taking the door placed at Sant Pere Street. This entrance is adapted for handicaped people.
The roof from the main room is secured by three stone half-point arches that arise from the floor and are covered by elaborated wooden beams. On the wall at Sant Pere Street, three loopholes from the 19th C. can be seen. These loophols were built during the Carline Wars. In the cellar, the holes for the way out of the wine from the ancient winepresses are also visibles.
The cellar and the "Cava Room" are connected through a beautiful stone arch. The "Cava Room" is 136 m2 and has a special lighting for exhibitions.

An outdoor space of 225 m² that connects with the main hall of La Fassina. It features a spectacular stone porch with a canopy, which used to be the old grape unloading area. It is now a 54 m² space used for tastings.
The courtyard has direct access from Hospital Street, and this entrance is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Modern and functional 66 m2 room with sunlight and equiped with tables, chairs, projector and screen for presentations, Wi-Fi connection, office with microwave, a 56 m2 terrace and bathrooms (adapted for handicaped people). This room is very versatile. Tables and chairs can be arranged differently according to the event or activity to carry out. Optional coffe-break service in the charge of the client.
The City Hall of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia rents these rooms for events related to the world of cava (cava tastings, lectures, meetings, presentations, etc), cultural activities organized by private companies and other events such as weddings or other big celebrations.
Regulated by Fiscal Ordinance No. 12 of the Sant Sadurní Town Council:
Discounts for multi-space rentals: 10% (this discount will be applied to the total amount to be paid).
Please consult the Tourism Service to find out in which cases the exemption from payment for the use of the space applies.
The reservation of spaces must be made officially through the following procedure on the municipal electronic office. To submit the request, it is necessary to identify yourself digitally.
Regulations:
Afternoon events must be finished at 9 p.m.
Evening events must be finished at 1 a.m.
Its is prohibited to use confetti, fireworks and any dangerous substance in the facility.
Smoking is forbidden.
When the tenant requires a catering for the event or activity, the conditions of use will be agreed upon in advance.
