It is a reserve cava that has rested in the shadows of the Fonpinet family cellars for a minimum period of 24 months, made with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and without the addition of sugar at disgorgement. On the nose it is intense and fresh. The entry into the mouth is soft and fresh, highlighting the balance between structure, sweetness and fat.
