The historic Cavatast fair is evolving as it celebrates its 30th edition this year, marking a new chapter that welcomes new exhibitors and leading producers from the sparkling wine sector, while further establishing itself as one of the leading wine tourism events in the Penedès region. It is a must-attend event in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia for discovering the finest cavas and sparkling wines, local gastronomy and unique experiences centred around the world of wine.

The 30th Sparkling Wine and Gastronomy Fair will offer an immersive experience that connects visitors with the region's identity, winemaking heritage and excellence.

This year's edition will feature products from 50 sparkling wine producers, more than double the number of participants in 2025. The fair will bring together 13 Corpinnat producers, 11 Clàssic Penedès producers, 5 producers of ancestral-method sparkling wines and 21 Cava DO producers.

The event will feature a broad and appealing programme, including guided tastings, local gastronomy, activities with industry professionals, winery visits and tastings, live music and experiences for everyone.

The Sant Sadurní d'Anoia Town Council is already working to make this 30th edition a memorable experience, reinforcing its commitment to quality, innovation and the promotion of the region. Year after year, the event attracts thousands of visitors and continues to strengthen its position as one of the leading fairs in the Penedès.

TICKETS

Sparkling wine and gastronomy tasting tickets, as well as the official tasting glass, may be purchased in advance at the Tourist Office from September 23 onwards, and at the Fair ticket sales points from 7:00 pm on October 2.
