The visit begins at the Cava Centre, an interpretive space dedicated to the history of cava and the town's winemaking tradition. Through large-format audiovisuals, interactive resources, and striking scenography, you will discover how Sant Sadurní d'Anoia has become the capital of cava and how this iconic drink forms part of the region's identity.
After the visit, the experience continues with a gastronomic stop at Hotel Fonda Neus, where you can enjoy a tasting of different house specialties with a glass of cava.
