    The CIC Fassina, Cava Interpretation Center will provisionally close its doors for a few months, between June 1 and October 30, in order to carry out renovation works on the museography. Due to the museum renovation, those who want to visit the Center can do so until May 30, 2021.

    The reopening is scheduled for November, with a completely renovated museum equipment.

    At the Cava Interpretation Centre you will be able to immerse yourself in the history of this great wine and also in the history of its main characters. Discover, in a very pleasant guided tour, how Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, a land of vineyards and cava, thanks to the effort and constance of its villagers is today the unargueable Capital of Cava.

    Keep on with your Gourmet Getaway at Simón Coll Chocolate Experience. Enjoy the exciting world of chocolate through an impressive audiovisual show with spectacular and innovative images that will take you to the origins of chocolate. You will be able to experience with cocoa pods and beans and you will be able to see the pilot production line at work, making chocolate that you'll be able to taste straight off the line, learning the best way to enjoy chocolate as you do so.

    Savour the traditional Catalan cuisine cooked with cava essence at Fonda Neus Hotel. In 1929, great-grandmother Neus and her daughter Teresa, took charge of the stoves and they started to cook home-made dishes for the cart drivers and guests from their Inn. The Phylloxera menu, a seasonal menu, gather the memories and nostalgy form that time in a tradicional cuisine elaborated with seasonal products.

    At the Cava Interpretation Centre you will find:

    • Guided tour, with tactile screens operated by the Centre staff to discover the history, the architectural heritage and the influence of cava in town.
    • A 3D projection.
    • The Phylloxera Festival Room with the giant muppets that take part in the festival and a projection.
    • Visit to the old cellar of the Fassina de Can Guineu distillery to make a live journey on the world of cava through a large format audivisual.
    • A cava tasting paired with a snack.

    At Simón Coll Chocolat Experience you will enjoy:

    • Audiovisual in 3D panoramic on the chocolate manufacturing process and the origin of cocoa.
    • Explanation of the line of chocolates and premium products.
    • Experimentation with freshly roasted cocoa beans and tasting of pure cocoa.
    • Commented tasting of chocolates.
    • Access to the store to continue the experience with more than ten different tasting points.

    At Fonda Neus Restaurant you will have:

    • Filoxera special menu: strater, main course, desert, water and bread (cava, wine and coffee aren't included)

    Due to the new Covid19 restrictions, the activity of visitor centers, restaurants and wineries has been limited. Check changes and availabilities when making the reservation.
