The CIC Fassina, Cava Interpretation Center will provisionally close its doors for a few months, between June 1 and September 15, in order to carry out renovation works on the museography. Due to the museum renovation, those who want to visit the Center can do so until May 30, 2021.
The reopening is scheduled for the end of September, with a completely renovated museum equipment.

This name comes from the fact of being the place where, since 1921, the family laid the elaboration of their sparkling wines. In a unique atmosphere, you will enjoy the magical serenity from the bottles where the longest aged sparklings lie. You will experience at present the most authentic essences and winemaking traditions of the past still in use, such as the employment of cork for the second fermentation in the bottle, sparkling wine aging on the lees, riddling racks and manual disgorgement. After the visit, you will participate in a blind tasting.
