Documentary film by Clara Isamat (Catalonia, 2018) that will be premiered in Spain, about the revolution of attitude and thought of the sommellerie. Audrey Doré, Eduardo Camiña and José Antonio Barragán, three sommeliers who offer a subjective point of view of the profession and share their motivations, concerns and experiences.

After the screening, attendees will enjoy a tasting of Cavas Gramona wines accompanied by a selection of Xerigots cheeses.
