This month the visit to the Cava Interpretation Center offers a tasting of Fonpinet Brut Nature Ecological Reserve, an elegant cava with hints of white fruit, more than 24 months of aging, and made with traditional varieties grown in organic farming.

The cava tasting is accompanied by delicious sweet biscuits filled with jam prepared by the Carafí bakery.
