Organic, hand harvested and Vegan certified. This Cava is slightly fruity and has the freshness and sensitivity of the Trepat grape.

The Agustí Torelló Mata cavas are exclusive and high-quality wines that have achieved recognition for the artisanal care of the vineyards and for applying cutting-edge technology in the cellar and in production.

The family wineries are located a few kilometers outside of Sant Sadurní where they vinify all their products. A total of 150 unique plots are the origin of all its wines and coupages. All of them organically grown and harvested by hand.
