The historic Cavatast fair is evolving and celebrates its 30th edition this year with a new chapter aimed at welcoming new exhibitors and leading projects from the sparkling wine sector, while further establishing itself as one of the most prominent wine tourism events in the Penedès region. An essential event in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia for discovering the finest cavas and sparkling wines, local gastronomy, and unique experiences centred around viticulture and winemaking.

The 30th Sparkling Wine and Gastronomy Fair will offer an immersive experience that connects visitors with the identity, tradition, and winemaking excellence of the region.

The event will feature a broad and attractive programme including guided tastings, local gastronomic offerings, activities with industry professionals, winery visits and tastings, as well as live music and other activities for all audiences.

The Sant Sadurní d'Anoia Town Council is already working to make this edition a memorable experience, reinforcing its commitment to quality, innovation, and the promotion of the region. A major celebration that attracts thousands of visitors year after year and that continues to strengthen its position as one of the leading fairs in the Penedès.

Sparkling wine and gastronomy tasting tickets, as well as the official tasting glass, may be purchased in advance at the Tourist Office from September 23 onwards, and at the Fair ticket sales points from 7:00 pm on October 2.
